Defending against floats (defending your flop/turn checks)

You're in EP with something like AK or AQ; raising preflop nets you a single non-donk, solid caller who you know can and will use position to pick up pots. Moderately loose player who will play SCs in position.

You have been cbetting and picking up a fair number of pots on the flop uncontested but on a recent hand, someone has picked off your cbet with a float or c/r.

Heads up to frop pairs one of your hole cards (assume top pair) on a
scenario 1) draw-free board
scenario 2) slightly coordinated board
scenario 3) monotone fugly masterpiece (and you don't have the flush draw)

Do you tend to bet, or not bet, any one of these flops?

How do you proceed if
- your flop bet is flat called?
Subsequent to this, how often would you use a turn c/r to protect your checks (or is a better goal c/c to reasonable showdown)? Do you lead the turn?

scenario 1, i lead out this flop almost every time.
scenario 2, i mix up leading out and c/c or c/raising (only if opponent is known to always bet when checked to in position)
scenario 3 i almost always check when i dont have a redraw to the flush. i do like to float a flop bet and c/c to get a cheap showdown assuming the 4th suited card doesnt fall on the turn/river.

Bet all. Lead turn unless a card comes that completes a draw.
