    Default data usage question??

    Sup guys,

So i got a sweet deal on a laptop today and I'm already one tabling while I'm gettin my comp set-up. I have a Verizon hotspot w/ my phone plan, and from what I've been able to gather so far the poker client itself doesn't use much data at all.

But my quiestion is if anyf one knows if pokertracker and the live HUD use aing lot along w/ the poker client.

    Im play on Lock btw..

PokerTracker and your HUD won't affect your data usage at all because everything that those programs do just happens on your computer and isn't sent over the Internet. Hope that helps.

Yeah, i've surely noticed after a couple sesh's that my data isn't really affected. Idk, i guess i thought maybe the HUd or postgres might use data, but I really wasn't sure why. maybe cause it's a databasing program.

Well postgres is the database running on your own computer, so it doesn't have to access anything from the Internet. It's pretty sweet.

it is sweet. I've always been a nut for statistics. In middle-early high school. a friend and I created a dice base football game. We used a simple spreadsheet to keep track of standings. lol, thinking back on it it was decently complicated.

ah, i hope everyone has a golden age of education, imagination, and fun to look back on. people deserve it
