    Default Crushed with this hand...

So yesterday i'm playin over at my friends house, $10 NL one table w/ 7 people. (well 6 by the time this hand happened)

I get dealt 22 in 3rd position, so I just call the 50 cent BB and see what happens.

4th 5th and dealer fold, SB calls and BB checks.

    Flop comes up: 6d 6h 5c

    We all check through

Turn comes a 2, SB bets $2, and then BB raises to $6.

Now, I know that the two remaining players are not the brightest, I've seen them call $4 preflop raises w/ J7 offsuit and end up getting lucky as shit and whatnot...

So I figure one has a six, making it an easy call for them if I re-raise them both all-in, since I am chip leader.

So I do, the BB instantly folds out of turn and the SB calls.

I flip over my full house, and has K 6, no suprise there.

Of course, it happens that the river comes up a K and he wins with a higher full house and takes all but $5 off me.

That hand killed me and I ended up eventually going out after hanging on, but I feel like I made the right move...but I'm not sure if I did.

Could someone tell me if I should have played it otherwise?

If you were ahead when the money went in, there is no need to look back, you did the right thing..

    Hmm...

The SB was 2nd in chips, it was around $13ish
    The BB had around $8

The blinds are way too high for $10 NL

Well, I guess I should say $20 NL.

We buy in with $10 but play with $20 in chips.

    Odd, I know.

you should say 50NL and buy-in for that much

once you get to a certain experience level (it's different for everybody) hands like this one will just roll right off you and you won't really care very much anymore. until then just always ask if you were ahead when you got the money in.

i'm being serious, there's no reason to play 22 with such short stacks in a cash game

i kinda disagree, stacks are 15xbb+, he can expect multiple callers who are willing to commit a lot post-flop with a wide range and are unlikely to raise preflop, i see nothing wrong with playing it.
