I think your reads/thought process are all over the place in hand 1. How can a 'calling station' only have shown down sets/premiums? And if indeed he had only shown down good hands, I like a call more than a c/r to keep his range wider (especially since you were attempting to c/r MP not the button?). It seems like you made a plan for the flop (good), but then decided to go with it anyway even though the other villain was the one who bet (bad). Also, more reads would help enormously; when he had shown down a set, how did he play it? Would he cold call PF with a big PP? I mean this board is sooo dry i have a hard time believing a stationy villain is 3betting 88 or 4X here.
