 Different styles dictate different play a bit. Starting out, standard tight/aggressive with minimal trickiness is probably best. That said: 
 
 
1. Over time, making this call will make you money (assuming you win every time the draw hits...meaning it may not be worth it on a low flush) as long as your opponent's stack sizes are adequate. The variance you experience will likely make the short term hard on your BR. If you can mentally accept this, it's a good play to call. 
 
2. I would certainly play these from late position. Depending on how aggressive you want to be, you could raise with them if it's limped/folded around to you. 
 
3. Probably better off leaving these out while learning, with the possible exception of QJ in late position. 
 
4. Depends on how aggressive you want to be. I rarely raise anything under 99 from any position at a full table. I basically look for a set or a low flop with these hands.
