thanks for the post. I have about 10 notes i've written at various times that say DON'T BLUFF OOP! (i don't really count situational bets like cbets and betting a four-flushed board in EP as bluffs; i'm talking bluffs based on reads) but i just rest my elbows on it and forget about it once i start playing. then the next time i fire a second barrell out of position because i think i know he only called because he's a weak and i have a loose image and the flop was 772, i get pissed and etch a box around the comment or something.
maybe this little psychological exercise'll help!
