Collecting reads

I do take notes on opponents plays and tendencies while playing, using the notes provided by the poker room (party poker these days). I run poker tracker too.

The problem is that when I analyze my session retrospectively using PT, I don't have access to reads I wrote while playing. I see that a lot of players here provide detailed notes when posting hands. How do you collect them? Do you use Poker Tracker notes during play? Is there a way to import notes from the room in PT?

All my notes are in HM. When analyzing hands I can write notes to HM as well. I don't use the poker sites software for notes
