I do not have any reads. Happened right at the start of my session, and I had not played with this player before.

What should I do?

First of all don't call from the button. Raised 3xbb to 4xbb at least. I'd probably raise more on the flop $0.20. I agree with deuces fold on turn...

As soon as you sit at the table watch how the other people are playing. Watch their betting sizes and cards that make it to showdown. Make a note to help put opponents on a range in case you see them again in the future.

Pre-flop is bad because you limped after a limper (not open-limping like dafu said), but it's hard to come up with reads that would justify raising Q8o either. So I think folding is fine, and I would raise Q8s.

On the turn, put your opponent on a range and go from there.
