Preflop: Hero is SB with 8, A
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.10, 2 folds, CO calls $0.10, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.05, BB checks

(Alrighty, I have ace 8 offsuit in the small blind... looks like a lot of people limped to me. I don't think the BB will raise unless he's very strong, so let's go for a cheap flop.)

Flop: ($0.40) 8, 5, K (4 players)
Hero bets $0.30, 1 fold, MP1 calls $0.30, 1 fold

(Hey, look at that. First off, I got the nut flush draw along with a pair of 8's; I've got a great hand even if somebody paired their king. Also, I'm thirsty. But eh, got to focus on this hand. I'll lead out for a moderate amount, and hopefully weaker flush draws will follow me. I got one caller... and I haven't really been paying attention to him. Well, I know he's been playing more hands than I have, so he's at least kinda loose. I'll say he's got a weaker diamond or some kind of pair; I would think he'd raise a made flush.

Turn: ($1) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60

(It seems like a blank, but I still think he'll follow with another diamond, and even if he has a king, I'll still have a lot of ways to beat him if he calls...)

MP1 raises to $3.10

(Hmmm? That kind of surprised me. Why so much? So what is this, an already made flush making its move? 7 6? King and a strong diamond? Looking at my stack, just calling almost commits me and may cause awkwardness if I don't hit. Seems like I got to choose between all in and fold. Well, that's 7 to 9 outs vs a set, straight, or small flush; 12 to 13 outs vs two pair or a king, and I can really see him trying this with Q 8 or 10 7 with one diamond or something weird like that. My time is ticking down; I guess I'm leaning towards... go for it and hold my breath.)

Hero raises to $6.30 (All-In), MP1 calls $3.20

River: ($13.60) [a card] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: $13.60 | Rake: $0.65

(Oh hey I had a glass of water next to me this whole time.)
