    Default Check the turn?

I finally get a pair and even better hit a set. I want to extract the most money obviously but don't really manage it.

Betting the flop is right I think? I'm hoping somone has an Ace I guess

Should I check the turn to appear weaker?

Agreed. Against this many players you could probably pot the flop and still get callers. Playing your sets fast and building pots will go a long way toward making you a winning player.
