I had problems getting neteller funds transfered to my bank account in Israel, when I contacted stars they told me they would cash me out in a different method if I wanted but that would disable me to use neteller with stars in the future
I'm in Israel too. It's a hassle transferring funds here.
I think I'm going to close my neteller account and then cash it out thru Party and TowerGaming to my accounts, since it will be much cheaper and it will cost me like $10 only.
Does anyone see any problems with this method?
