Can I get more value?

Sorry about the mess, cakes hand history is weird like that.

This villian is horrible. Limps every single hand. Min bets all his bottom pairs and middle pairs. Raises his monster hands. In this case I assume he caught an 8 or a 5. I need to get more value on these types of hands. Tell me what you think.

I always raise 3x preflop and cbet 2/3 for metagame purposes maybe its a leak.

i wouldn't be very concerned at all about "metagame" at 4nl. this for two reasons - the player pool is larger at lower stakes (though the extent of this is site-dependant) so you are less likely to play with villains as regularly as higher stakes. the main reason, however, is that villain's at this stake are not capable of understanding/properly reacting to so-called "metagame", and thus we can take un-balanced lines and use un-balanced sizing for different hands because they aren't likely to cotton on to how un-balanced our ranges are.

flop sizing could be a little bigger imo, up to like 0.3 or therebouts. you have the right idea on the turn as played.

That's really terrible in games where noone pays attention and calling ranges are often unchanged by different sizings. Basically, you're just passing up a huge area where you could be maximizing your EV and for no real gain.
