I guess you are still playing 2NL. In those levels don't try to steal blinds, people will always pay you with junk. You will do much better if you only play really tight and for value in 2NL. Speculative hands should be played in higher levels where you have people who actually think what they do, and if they see you are playing an abc tight game they will exploit you. But on 2NL I would say its not much worth it to play hands like suited connectoris or semi conencted hands, just play tight and aggresive.
