When we say we want to have 20 or 30 or X number of BIs to play at a particular stake to be properly rolled for it, I'm a little confused as to what money to count as part of my BR.

I'm a college student, and my tuition/room/board is paid for, so I consider all of my spending money to be the size of my BR, even though not all of it is deposited in my online poker account.

Does that sound right? Or should I only consider the money I deposit to be my BR.

I know it probably sounds like a stupid question, but it changes what stakes I should appropriately be playing at.

EDIT: Another quick question. I just got PT a couple weeks ago, and discovered that I am beating 6max 50NL at 5PTBB/100 over at 20k hand sample. I know a lot of the good players on this site would beat 50NL by way more than that. Like any other conscious poker player, I am trying to improve so that I will play more profitably, but with my current stats should I be considering moving up or down (assuming I am properly rolled for it)?
