I was wondering when exactly is it ok to bluff with over cards in no limit ring in earlier position agaisnt one or two players when I miss the flop?

If you raised and only had one caller and that caller was before you, you're no longer in early position. You're basically heads up with the button and the knowledge that he has a hand good enough to call however much you raised. Depending on his style of play from previous hands, this situation may mean that he's more inclined to bluff and/or bet a middle pair. However, also depending on his style of play, the fact that he called your raise may be a fairly strong indicator that he has a face card. It's going to have to depend on what you've seen from him previously - if he has the Q and is raising that small, it could be that he's feeling you out as well. If you happened on 2 pair, his TP would lose. That's decent information for him to get if he can get it cheaply.

Yeah i mean say i had 10/10 in late position and raised 3x4 the bb, and someone called me 3/3/q comes off and his first to act now normally a good player wont raise with a/k/q/j/10 rag...so like the guy above he may be trying to feel u out or maybe he has a/q in his hand. You could try a reraise here if hes loose/call station but like always u gotta be careful with that type of play, knowing when/if u should fold...
