These look pretty broad for this hand. (edit: oops, 3 is good)

Just my guess, but I think you may be over-looking the villian's stack size?

Where do you get the most value:
a) bet out half the pot at most (half-pot putting the villian all-in)?
b) c/c to at most half the pot?
c) c/f to at most half the pot?
