Do the blinds go up on a time basis or when someone is eliminated? Thanks, Nate

If it's a home game, it's all up to what you guys decide is the rule.

It could also go up by number of hands.

Or every time one of Humphrind's jokes bomb.

are you talking internet or home games?

Most common way is either time based or # or hands base.
e.g.

Blinds go up every 20 minutes
or
Blinds go up every 15 hands
