    Default blind

    If a player can,t cover the big blind is he out.

    If its a ring game then he would be out because he doesn't have enough to post the blind. If its a tournament then he is all in for whatever he has left.

    If your stack is less than the BB in a ring game at many online sites, you are simply put all-in when the blind hits you.
