    Default Betting Patterns

When I sit at a NL game, sometimes, because of the way a player bets I can confidently say that they have absolutely nothing, or likewise, that they have the nuts...

I can't say it in words why i know I guy is bullshitting, I just seem to know. I was hoping everyone could share their expeirences as far as what betting patterns represents what hand..

I understand that it will differ with different players but at low level games particularly there are certain patterns that nearly always mean a certain type of hand, ie. check/call flop, bet ~1/4 on turn often means a draw.
    villain goes AI
i call with a set (i have him owned)
    i win pot
villain: **** this, this site is bullshit, ******* rigged, suck out ****

    There's so many betting patterns.

My favorite to detect is a flush draw. There's a bunch of lines flush draws take, and I can sniff out a lot of them.

I'm not good at sniffing out if my 2nd pair is good, or telling if that guy just rivered an ace.

But really, I think this topic has to get a lot more specific, and even then any advice would be very vague and general.

Here's a line I see at 25NL a lot. Flush draw check-calls the pot on the flop, and minbets a turn blank. A pot-sized raise is usually taking the hand.

This is a pretty easy one but anyway:

Opp raises preflop you call with position.
Opp bets at turn, you min-raise, opp calls.

    Opp has overcards.
