I think I would have been better off check calling the river.

    Please explain your thinking.

(Converter code is messed up in preview, hopefully it'll work on submission)

Plenty of worse queens are calling you down, but a lot of worse queens will check behind the river.

River's a way easy jam. He's going to be feeling pot comitted here with a ton of worse Qs and also worse pairs. What are you expecting him to shove the river with that you can beat if you c/c? There aren't many missed draws at all for him to bluff and like spoon says c/c just allows him to check back the rest of his range which has showdown value, but which you beat. He sure as hell wont be jamming these hands himself on this river very often.

What was you rational for later deciding you should have c/c because it seems fairly bad here.

    jam it

if the flop was suited and he was very bluffy you could begin to get semi close to a check
