i'm sorry if there's been a post about this already, but can anyone tell me what are the 'ideal' stats for poker tracker (which i've just bought). I'm playing full ring cash games - mainly $50nl and $100nl. obviously goos stats doesn't neccessarily mean a winning play, but i'm just wondering anyway, what to aim for.

i'm talking about vpip, pf-raise, bb/100 etc...

could anyone direct me to any threads/info on poker tracker or help me, cos all the options are really overwhelming.
