1. .000000000001bb/100 is beating the game. Won't feel like it though. A good, normal winrate is 5-15bb/100.

2. If I could afford it, I would start at 100NL. As far as moving up, I would think 10K hands at every limit showing a winner would be plenty to be very confident in my move up to the next limit, but basically however many hands you need to convince yourself.
