I see a lot of posts and interviews by pros and other players saying that they are beating the cash game or limit that they are playing at. I have been a SNG grinder and have beating them for 20% ROI on Stars up to $22 limit, but I have been wanting to branch out into more NL cash. I have started playing NL25 2-3 tabling making about 6-10 an hour over 20000 some hands between full ring and 6-max.

I am curious as to everybodys thoughts on these to questions?

1. What bb/100 or avg. per hour would be considered beating a 6-max or full ring game?

2. If bankroll is not a factor, how long should you be beating game to move up (number of hands or months)?

I know many pro's suggest about 30 buyins for a level, but if that is the case I shoud be playing at least 2/4 NL.

I'm sure other might have similiar questions and any suggestions would be appreciated.
