AQs UTG river TP; too thin?

villain is 16/8 over 25 called down 3 streets with QQ on 22JccJ5c board vs me same positions. topped up some but not full.
do you bet turn?
is this river to thin? I didnt think he'd be able to let go of a pair and I don't think he has a bluff in him. obviously im only surmising from what ive seen and our little bit of history. Not really reads just intuition.

He's repping so few hands, I kind of want to call this.

I assume he would bet a 7 on turn,maybe 33,77,88-TT would checkback turn and turn his hand into a bluff. What if you had TT-KK? Would you bet/fold this river? I think his expectation is to fold out your middle type hands when he bricks FD, get paid when you actually have a Ace and he has better. Bet-calling is my river line as he only wins here a small % of the time. The rest is air+middle hands turned into bluffs.

I'm folding river for sure, probably betting this flop too since hero is pfr.

I did bet the flop and fold the river ong. Turn check and river bet is waht i asked about.

Yeah I'm saying I prob play the hand the same. Turn is tough, when I bet flop my plan is to fire a 2nd barrel if MP folds and BB calls, but if MP calls and BB folds then reassess turn. This turn I probably c/f, heart A and Q c/c.

I felt if I c/c river he would never be bluffing and id get owned, but I felt there was worse in his range he could call with, after the QQ hand i mentioned in the op I thought this villain would call. I didnt see alot of air in his range on the river and I dont see him turning a made hand into a bluff.
