Right, the first thing to think about is the bad beats. You should be able to tell that these are not errors in play but rather variance.

The only chronic issue seems to be your bet/raise sizing. You have to take into account the size of the pot and that includes any bets for the round.

For instance the last hand (KA) you have a $10 pot and opponents bets $5 into it. You then effectively raise it $5 back to him, asking him to put $5 in to win a $25 pot.

The effective pot is $20 (with the pot + his bet and your call), a bet in the range $15-20 at least is needed here.

This is part of my game I've just started to improve and I have to say that I missed it a lot when people told me to bet more.
It may be that you slipped up and made a few small bets, but it's also possible that you need to think about your entire betting strategy.
