This is actually a really interesting hand.
You'll think you don't know anything about your opponent - and you'd be wrong.
You are 3-handed.
He completes the SB and then calls a raise. This is such a notable move that it should tell you lots both about what kind of opponent you are playing here as well as what he might have.
What's really interesting is that some Jx hands (that may easily have called with top pair) becomes trips and might stack off while other Jx hands become full houses - and while they'll also stack off they have you beat. And the flush completes.
In the world of flushes it's notable that both the 9, T and J are accounted for. So that allows Axs, Kxs, Qxs, 87s, 86s, 76s, 75s etc.
And which hands would he bet the river with? Which hands would he bet the river so small with? Would he not expect you to continue betting the river if he checks? Is he trying to induce you to raise or prevent you from betting big or get value?
But yeah, as Donachello said - put him on a range and play with pokerstove. I think it somewhat unlikely that he's betting this small on the river with a nut flush or a full house. I think it's more likely to be something in the area of a weak flush or weak trips. My feeling here is that a call is correct, but do yourself a favour and go over and argue out some specific hand ranges.
