I like folding as well. AKo is a power house - but it's not unbeatable. 3 is his PFR frequency. It's not his 3bet frequency. While he can certainly have random shit in there it is overwhelmingly likely that he only 3bets AA/KK. The question then becomes if he can fold AA/KK. If this was not a 3bet pot Td9d would maybe be in your range and the flop would be super scary and you might be able to bluff him off AA/KK.

Say that again - bluff him off AA/KK.

If your profit in the hand is contingent on your ability to bluff him off AA/KK your best move is probably an early fold.
