AJs in SB @ FR 25NL

I am surprised to hear that Fold>3 bet. With his high ATS and the likelihood that I can just take it. Folding here just feels gross.

i would 3bet this against 80% of the TAGG players in the games i play, but thats where their is at least some history and i know they are stealing the pot.
Can you say the same for the player here - my first impression was 3bet >fold>>>>call but i dont think you can turn round and say a 100nl fr game = 25nl fr etc etc
