Why don't you put him on a range of hands. Do this before you raise and figure out whether you are willing to stack off with your current hand vs. that range. If the answer is yes then go ahead and raise. If the answer is no then either just call or be prepared to fold to a raise though I don't know why you'd want to raise TPTK on a flop like this with the intention of folding.
That said, I actually like your bet sizing here if you are planning to stack off for value with TPTK. Since the pot will be 7.05 you can shove your remaining 7 for value on a blank turn and not give FDs the correct odds to call.
