Acceptable ptbb/100 blind winrates

What are the standard winrates from the blinds for winning microstakes players?

I was looking at TRex's graph from his "Introduction" post and saw he was raising from sb much more than I am. He had showed a slight profit from the sb over 10k hands.

I'm losing .12 bb/100 from sb and .14 from bb after 30k lol. Is that terrible? If so, know of any good blinds strategy posts here?
