I'm not trying to be an arse, it's just that you'll get much better advice if we know how often MP is opening from MP, how often he folds to 3bet, and how often he folds to flop cbet. If all tallies up nicely, 3bet > fold, but much depends on those reads.

tbh it seems your focus pre flop is too much on the button donk and not enough on the person who raised.
