Default 99 turned boat - easy fold?

Villain is 12/9 over 73 hands. Has cbet 2/2 times and no stats on turn.

Thinking about it, I'm not even sure flatting the flop is a good idea..

Calling the turn and if he has a brain I'm calling pretty much any non-Ace river card.

This. We're beating 77/88, and we're way behind TT+, 44. That's 12:33 and we're getting 1.5:4. I think he's checking 77/88 more than he's bluffing on this turn+playing less than or equal to 0eV on the river against our hand.
