It depends. Do you have ANY reads? Is BB loose or tight? Spewy or straightforward? Depending on who he is, he could be donking with only Ax here or everything from Ax, 4x, 2x, 22, 33, 44, 53, club draws, other pairs, and air.

i for one would fold, but everyone says i am too damn tight and they are probably right.

as far as i see it, calling w/ 25% equity isnt bad, so calling or folding is ok, your choice.

OK, I've looked at equity as a concept, and that is now on the list for things to learn up on later.

Why do you say call rather than raise?

^ You can raise but very rarely would you be raising for value vs a complete unknown.

folding is completely fine. as you improve you have more options avaiable to you but for now folding is totally fine.

I don't really see any reason to do anything but fold as villains range is going to be really Ax heavy anyway.

raising flop would be good vs someone who can fold some TP and some low FD's,
but people at these stakes would call any TP and any FD vs a raise so when we add up (fold equity+ equity vs his calling range when he calls our raise), we'll see that our raise is -EV so no point in raising flop.

I'm folding this spot vs unknown pretty easily.

There's no reason not to play completely straight-forward non-bluffy (always think of Poker Jesus) poker at 2NL. Bet it when you have it... fold it when you don't.
