Two tables won't be that much of a difference than one. The action isn't gonna be that much faster and if you tile you can still watch both at the same time. As you add more tables it's harder to find reads, but it's still possible. I currently play 6-8 tables and still have plenty of time to take notes on showdown hands and other things.

One thing that will help with multitabling is to get a HUD up and running. Much easier to look at stats to get an idea of the type of player you are facing than to just go off no information.
