Default 5NL - Help with this line after the flop

    Villain is 12/11 over 90 hands w/ PF 3bet%=3
Basically, when he calls my 3bet I'm thinking he has like 99-QQ, so when the flop comes i'm like ....damnit. I supposed he could also have AK.

how to proceed on a flop like this?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (9 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    Hero (CO) ($5)
    Button ($4.46)
    SB ($3.92)
    BB ($5)
    UTG ($5.55)
    UTG+1 ($1.69)
    MP1 ($1.93)
    MP2 ($8.49)
    MP3 ($5.07)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K, K
    3 folds, MP2 bets $0.15, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.45, Button calls $0.45, 3 folds

    Flop: ($1.12) 9, 10, J (2 players)
    Hero bet/folds?

Bet/jam for value. Villain can have AJ/AQ here as well. If he has 99, he would probably have some 88.

Interesting spot, and since I'm a beginner, I can't give advice on this (lol). But maybe a question to add might help. How much should we bet here and why? It's what came to mind after reading it.

b/f like 0,8 for value vs his 88/QQ. he does have that here.
All posts are just my own opinion about a hand or a general situation... not advices on how you should play...
