If UTG+1 checked and CO bet, or if UTG+1 bet and CO folded, I would raise with all of my sets. Against UTG+1's bet I'd want a strong range. Against CO's range, I would want a somewhat more balanced range that still leaned on the side of value that included hands like flush draws or backdoor draws.
