close and i guess you can nit fold without it being a huge mistake - can he play AJs/TT like this?

Helps to have real reads, but we're exploiting this opponent by folding here.

These are stats I took out of poker tracker during my review session. Cant use the HUD on Cake. At the time of play, I didnt have any notes as such.

Could you please explain this? How are we exploiting our opponent by folding here?

I'm gonna try and answer this. I think it's because he's setmining us, and he needs implied odds to do this. If we're folding our overpairs with just one bet committed when he successfully setmines us, he's got nowhere near the required implied odds to setmine us, so he's giving us money pre flop.

What ongbonga said+the fact that villain doesn't raise enough on the flop for us to have to pay him off. A 12/10 probably isn't overcalling as light as he could get away with, and once he hits TPTK against an UTG's opening range, he's probably pot controlling. So he has very few bluffs in his range (we even block KQcc, in cause we thought he might call that preflop) because he's probably almost never flatting SCs/Axs type hands preflop.

So his range is like sets and a very occasional semi-bluff with a hand that's practically racing against us anyway (AKcc, T9cc stuff every once in a while). So, yeah, we exploit this player by knowing to not pay him off with a single pair hand, especially when we're UTG.
