Default 4NL - QQ overpair facing Flop Raise

The villain is a huge fish from what I observed. Limps/calls a ton preflop and calls flop bet quite freely.
Stats - 39/6 (from PT3 during my reviews, HUD isn't working)

Ship over his minraise and make it more preflop if he's a station, as much as he will call.

Is this villain ever capable of a 4-bet bluff on the flop?
Do they think AT is the nuts here?
    otherwise...
If villain is not the type to play for stacks with TPTK, then Hero is spewing. The only overpair that Hero beats is JJ.

Would a 39/6 not be capable of defending his BB with T7s/77/TT? TT might be excluded if we had any 3bet stats.

You said he calls flop bets quite freely, he has decided to min raise you this time. Feels like you could be beat here, but I am generally cautious when faced with a flop min raise.

Raise all in in flop. In this flop against this villain i think is teh best option.. Fold is not an option i think

This is paradoxical - you ship it in for value, not because you don't want to get "bullied". If you feel like you're getting bullied then you should flat flop and let him barrel on the turn. Given he's a fish he's going to be passive and bad and do stupid stuff like overrate top pair especially on boards like this so I just shove flop. Also agree with making pre bigger.
