4nl AK UTG low wet board, but picking up equity

Villain is 18/11/0 playing 4 tables. over 60 hands , but his post flop play is full of donks. i saw him showdown 9's after donking 3 streets on J4682 board . other than that he's produced folds w/ his donks. so its kinda hard for me to categorize him . generally just bad I guess.

can we ever raise the turn here? i'm just thinking he may fold to some pressure, and floating 2 streets looks bad cause im done on a lot of rivers...

raise flop if he donks all the time, raise turn as played is pretty cool if your read is good cos you look like a turned flush and you probably have 15 outs when called.

i like raising flop too. two (often) live overcards and we pick up a nut draw 1/4ish of the time on the turn. honestly not sure what i want to do on the turn
