Default 4nl AK in BB vs UTG open

villain is 24/24/15 over 100 cbfl=100%(9/9) he's been taggy pre , and gets passive after the flop cbetT=58%

this is his first UTG open, i decide to check cause he's always betting the flop and if I donk he'll prob fold 8-JJ ...

Since he tends to shut down after the flop should I maybe be c/r'ing the flop?

We'll want to c/r flops as a bluff sometimes vs this guy to exploit his high cbet percentage.

Given he's not going to bluff the turn really often I'd just check/raise to $0.80 and fold if he 3bets since most people like him won't stack off with just Ax here.

We don't know if he's a thinking villain. His stats suggest he's passive.

I like check raising flop, he'll station down a lot with Ax and 3bet all his nutted stuff so we get more value v stuff we beat and lose less v stuff we don't beat
