You're out thinking yourself.
Semi bluffing is something you do when you have little or no showdown value and lots of outs to improve. Draws, draw + overs, draw + bottom pair etc, these are hands we semi bluff with. Here, you're semi bluffing a hand that has reasonable showdown value vs villains' checkdown range, but only has two out vs villains' continuing range. Not a good semi bluffing spot.
Whether we expect to be squeezed on this table is critical. I just don't see it often at 2nl & 4nl. At 25nl I fold this spot pre.
