3-betting weak players utg opens.
I think there is the problem with relying on statistics too much.
I have seen a player play too many hands and bet into pots with some junk. BUT, his PFR reads 7% after 30 hands. So I choose not to 3bet my JJ on the button. Probably the line i'd take vs a nit/tagg who raises utg+1.
By not 3-betting, i'm letting the sb and bb in cheaply (he only opened 3x) and while he's only raised 7% in 30 pf, he's still probably opening a wide enough range to 3bet JJ.
In the HH below, i think i prefer 3betting a daft player. If he opens to $1, I still like the 3bet but not as much. Even though he only opens 7% in 30 hands.
Just wondering what you think?
NB sb and bb are fairly weak loose passive. (16-20/5 ish).
