3-barrelling on river scare card
I thought there was a pretty good chance I had the best hand when I bet on the flop and turn, but after he called my turn bet, I wasn't so sure. Do you like my river bet? I didn't expect any huge folds (2 pair or trips), but I thought it might fold out 77, 88, and maybe even a pair of 9s or TT with how passive villain played. Also, I would play hands like broadway-h&9h+, 99+, 55-44, 22, and A3s similarly, so I felt like my bluff (if I was indeed behind) was good for range balancing.

Interesting... even against a fairly wide CO range (22+,A2s+,K7s+,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,98s,87s,76s,65s,54s, A8o+,K9o+,QTo+,JTo), TT is only about 60% on this river. Since my range is probably better than that given the betting, TT should be folding here a lot if they know what they're doing.
