It's true he doesn't have that many strong draws in his range, but he has a bunch of top pair + gutshot or second/third pair + flush draw and I should at least charge them something for a card. If he doesn't peel to a raise, I am not too worried because there are tons of bad river cards out there (not always actual outs to him but at least potential bluffing outs), like any J, any T, any club. Plus I am OOP.
Leading is certainly also an option because I think he checks behind with a good part of his range here.
Finally, yes, fold pre is fine here as was said before, especially if I am going to start to spew more chips with second pair and no draws. I called because I thought that he was looking too aggro post-flop and I could possibly exploit that. But it's much better to do that in position though, not from the blinds.
