Default 2nl: 3rd pair vs an aggressive c-bettor

Villain is running 18/11 over ~150 hands. So far has high betting frequency (60% - 70%) on all streets post-flop. Flop c-bet frequency is 90% (over 10 occasions). I'm wondering if it's better to just call on flop and see what the turn card and his turn action is. I don't really know why I'm raising. Am I protecting my hand or turning it into a bluff? Is anyone folding on flop or not folding on turn?

i dont understand at all why you are raising the flop.

when you raise here you only fold out his air as everything with equity is calling getting 2:1 and you will have no idea what to do on nearly 90% of turns.

Folding flop to an 18/11 that's willing to cbet that board into a CO cold caller.

Raising this flop isn't a good idea for the reasons above.
