Default 25NL - when to leave a table?

When I log onto Empire, I join the first 2 full tables I can get on. I run Poker Tracker and after a while I can see the table average VP$IP. If it drops below 20, I tend to move on to a different table unless I have been making decent money there. If there are at least 3 people with VP$IP over 40, I will stay on when table average is staill low. This is not very common but sometimes it's a bunch of fish and some tight passives. This is actually optimal for me. I can take down some smaller pots from the tight players while waiting for a good hand vs. the loose players.

What do you multi-tablers do as far as table selection?

I plan to move up to 3 tables soon if I keep doing well at two. I pay attention to whatever table has raises to see what people are raising with and how they act. This may be more difficult at 3 tables, but I'll just play a little tighter and base more decisions on just the cards.

I usually fire up 2 shorthanded 50 NL and 2 full ring 25 NL (sometimes will do all 4 at 50NL). I'll play tight/aggressive on 25 NL and just basically camp. Limp all pairs and suited connectors if i have position, raise strong with all premium starting hands and play accordingly.

On the 50 NL short handed i play LAG to keep myself busy. I look for the fish, and pick them apart. If theres a good player at the table who i see making plays (raising peoples continuation bets, calling off bluffs with mediocre hands because he has good reads, etc) i will usually just leave the table and find another one. I used to stick around and try to play a better game then him, but i realized it's just not profitable. There are fish at every limit, i try to only play with them when i can. 50 NL short handed on Stars is super fishy, usually can find a table of 5 where 4 of them are just handing me money. After the first hour of solidifying some reads and getting my table image the way i want it, the chips flow my way pretty steadily.
