Default 25nl, tptk facing donk and turn and river barrels

Did I play this hand too nitty or should I even fold the turn? Villain is 18/14/4 over ~100 hands, donked 1/3 previously and not seen him do anything spazzy. Difficult to pick a range by the river other than one which has us crushed {KQ, 33, JTs}, with even JT unlikely given the value bet sizing on the river. I think I'm also likely crushed if I try and get it in on the flop. Thoughts?

BB is 29/15 loose passive for reference.

two shortstackers in the blinds and AK on the button i just open for pot pre cos they won't adjust.
re not raising flop - are you putting his range that continues to a range as narrow as sets/aces/KQ?
Turn decision is important, if you're folding river then you i don't think you should be calling turn.

This^ preflop. I'm okay with flatting flop. I call through. Your range is pretty weak.

I think playing this spot correctly is heavily dependant on reads, is villain betting out a weak range on the flop and how likely is he to bluff blank turns and rivers if called. Or does he fire one then shutdown etc. I'd probably raise the flop for value and fold if he shoves. If he calls bet for value on turn+river.
