Default 25nl, bottom set on fugly flop

Villain is 21/17/13% 3bet, seems solid and causing me a few problems. Cbet 4/8 so far and suspect has me down as passive. Villain had also recently flat my 4bet in position and folded to a 1/2 pot cbet on a QJXtt flop.

I think sizing is too small on this particular flop and presumably the turn is an easy c/f despite action so far?

Raise size should be bigger I agree. Turn isn't necessarily an automatic c/f imo. I'd probably check/evaluate.

What do you think of a smaller turn bet as an alternative, i.e pricing it so that we are giving ourselves odds to boat-up vs the straight/flush part of his range?

Check/decide rather bet imo, a bet doesn't work as value or bluff. He can make mistakes when he bets that we can exploit.
