Default 25NL 2 overs + nut flush draw standard spot?

I don't normally take a line like this, but I've been adjusting my game and trying new things. I've seen coaches do this in several FR videos with straight draws and flush draws oop, resulting in massive FE and decent pot equity when called. How is this line? I've discussed this with a friend and he seems to think villain's 3b on the flop means villain's range is 77/99/JJ/KK, leaving us with like 34% equity or something terrible, but is there another way to play this?

Villain 24/10/2.6, Attempt to steal 25%, Cbet flop 83% over 92 hands:

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP3 ($38.43)
    CO ($16.83)
    Button ($25.25)
    Hero (SB) ($25)
    BB ($35.75)
    UTG ($25)
    UTG+1 ($5)
    MP1 ($18.27)
    MP2 ($25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, Q
    4 folds, MP3 bets $0.75, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.65, 1 fold

    Flop: ($1.75) 7, 9, J (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $1, Hero raises to $3, MP3 raises to $9, Hero raises to $24.25 (All-In)

    Total pot: $19.75 | Rake: $0.98

you can play it this way or you can flat
your original raise had a lot of fold equity
after he 3bs you pretty much have no fold equity

so you need him to fold sometimes or have 42.5% equity in the pot or something
I think you have about 35% equity (he can also have T8 and AA here too)

so his flop and preflop sizing gayed it up for you since the pot was small on the flop
so kind of tempting to actually call the flop and c/c the turn as well because with the pot size this small you'll have more implied odds

I didn't calculate fold equity, I calculated his actual equity and the equity he needs to shove it in
he needs 42.5% to shove it in
he might have 35% or something in real equity
that means his 4bshove on the flop has to have some fold equity to be profitable
