    Default 20K...50NL checkup...

It's been a struggle as of late. I am rolled to move up to 100NL, but I'm not sure if that is a good idea or not.

If you guys see anything that is off, please let me know. It's been a tough couple of weeks.

Numbers look pretty good to me. Although your PFR numbers are really flat across positions. I'm not sure how you're raising over 8% of hands UTG and UTG+1. It's making you money though. My EP numbers are lower and my CO and button numbers are considerably higher, fwiw. I've been on a downswing recently too though

I play at Stars, and the table's I play at are constantly around the 20-25% VPIP mark. So I basically raise all pairs from any position, and will even raise AJs from UTG.

It does seem odd that my numbers are that high from UTG, though.

Yeah, on second thought, raising 8% from EP isn't what's strange, it's that you're not raising more from LP. You're probably missing out on some smallball opportunities.

IMO at such tight tables you should raise/steal from the CO/button and occasionally blinds (eg 1-2 tight limpers or a tight BB ahead) more than that. If you haven't read this yet, it helped me think about this a ton - http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...fpart=all&vc=1

    Seems good otherwise though.

    Thanks for the input, guys.

Is there a certain amount of hands I should play before I decide to move up to 100NL? My bankroll is just over $2,000, so I am rolled to move up, but I'm not quite sure if it is the best decision for me.

I say give it a shot...your game is profitable, but make sure to find a good table first. If you lose a buy in or two, move back down. I seriously wish I had moved up to 100nl sooner than I did (2,500+ br).

the lhe guidlines state 15k hands before moving up, os id go with that so long as youre br can take it.

fwiw, and its already been said, your stats look fine, i just personally would like to see players play more hands from the CO/HJ (positions1/2) because its great for your table image long term.

Raise more often on the button. You are playing CO and button pretty close to the same way, when in reality button should be making more $$.

In my beginner's opinion i think 20/10 overall is a better way to go than 15/8. Its much harder to put you on a hand when you add in those next couple of percent.
